Children Pre-K through 4th Grade
(A parent must attend if child is in Pre-K or Kindergarten)
Lunch will be provided at the church for the kids before departing for the Alpine Pumpkin Patch and a snack will be provided on the return trip. The cost per child, depending on the size of pumpkin they select, will be approximately $20. This will include the cost to ride the wagon to the patch, purchase a pumpkin, ride the train, and pet the animals at the petting zoo. There are other various free activities. Please complete and return the form at the bottom of this page by deadline date. A completed and signed Student Medical Release form must be attached to the form at the bottom of this flyer.
